Alexandria is the pristine capital of the Alexandrian Kingdom, and at one point, the capital of the Alexandrian Empire that is formed by Queen Brahne. The Alexandrian Kingdom rules approximately 1/3 of the Mist Continent when Final Fantasy IX begins.
